  14. I have created a bitmap in resource workshop. All I want to do now is to 
  15. make some code that will put it on the screen when I click one of the mouse 
  16. buttons. I have "Turbo C++" visual edition for Windows. An explanation,
  17. and perhaps a sample program would help me tremendously. I'm mostly a 
  18. begginer!
